2nd Embroidery BOM done

TONS OF STITCHING LATER, here is BOM #2, it is a tad bit wrinkley, I haven't ironed it yet, it has been in a hoop or folded up in my stitching bag for quite some time while I worked on it. It turned out really nice I think. The pictures don't do them justice, the color of the background is a light army green (VINTAGE ALL THE WAY) and the sashing is going to be VINTAGE LINENS that are all in pastels. I can't wait to get this one finished. Should be right up my Vintage Alley. :)

Hi Jeanne, thanks for stopping by at my blog, Pieces *VBS* Always great to see another WI face!!! I send greeting from the Eau Claire area..slightly west along I-94. Even our dirty piles of snow melted the past couple of days...altho I imagine some of the really BIG ones are still out there.
How neat that collect cowboy fabric. When I first started way back in the early 1990 there wasn't much. I started with some cowboy boots from Alexander Henry fabric line. What I've decided is that I can enjoy them from under the quilt they are in. Way too much of my stuff is getting elderly! Until the new red boots fabric of Monday, I haven't bought any new cowboys in ages. IT's ok to cut it, there's more in the stores. *VBS* BIg hugs, Finn

That is gorgeous and you have done a wonderful job! Just send it right over the Lake to me, as today's my birthday! LOL!

I have to see what your first embroidery looks like...

jeanne,
you asked about the quilting bee block i did out of the vintage sheets. I'm sorry to say I made it up. I don't even have it here to measure it out for you. It really wasn't hard to do. Drop me an email if you like and we can talk about how it's constructed.
